Soul Flow ("we", "us", "our") runs Himalayan yoga retreats and this website, soulflowwithyoga.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you enquire about or book a retreat, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

• Emergency contact details, dietary requirements, and relevant medical or fitness information you choose to share, so we can plan the retreat safely
• Payment and billing details when you pay for a retreat (processed by our payment partner — see Section 3)
• Messages you send us via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, email, or phone

• Device, browser, and general location information when you browse this site
• Pages visited, time on page, and referral source, via analytics tools

• Ad interaction data from Meta (Instagram/Facebook) when you engage with our ads
• Confirmation and transaction data from our payment gateway once a payment is completed

2. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and process retreat bookings and payments
• To plan travel, accommodation, meals, and activities suited to your needs
• To send booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and pre-retreat information

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:

Razorpay (payment gateway)	To process retreat payments and refunds securely. Razorpay handles your card/UPI/bank details directly under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full payment credentials.
Meta (Instagram/Facebook)	To run ad campaigns and manage Instagram DM enquiries. Governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
Accommodation & local partners	Homestays, campsites, and transport partners in Sankri/Landour receive only the details needed to host you safely.
Hosting & email providers	To operate this website and send booking-related communication.
Legal or government authorities	Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing (including the Meta Pixel, used to measure and target Instagram/Facebook ads). Full details, including how to manage or disable cookies, are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Data storage & security

Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access, and payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners (Razorpay). We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes above or to meet legal/tax retention requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Ask us to delete your personal data, subject to legal/accounting retention requirements
