"Soul Flow", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the retreat organisers operating under the Soul Flow brand. "You" or "guest" refers to anyone booking or attending a retreat. Continuing to use this site or completing a booking means you accept these terms in full.
Itineraries are planned in advance but may need to change due to weather, local conditions, safety, guide availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to offer an equivalent experience and will inform you of material changes as soon as practical. Optional activities may be swapped for an alternative on-site experience if you choose not to participate.
Yoga, trekking, camping, and mountain travel carry inherent risks, including but not limited to altitude, weather, terrain, and physical exertion. By joining a Soul Flow retreat, you acknowledge these risks and participate at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Flow, its hosts, facilitators, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to belongings arising from your participation, except where caused by our proven negligence. We strongly recommend guests arrange their own travel and health insurance covering trekking activities before the retreat.
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for documentation and for Soul Flow's marketing (including on Instagram, @soulflowwithyoga). By attending, you consent to appearing in this content unless you notify us in writing before the retreat that you'd prefer not to be photographed or featured.
