Dr. Neha Agrawal

Lead Yoga Therapist, Soul Flow & dentist

I believe yoga is a way of life—not just a practice on the mat.

Eight years of clinical practice as a dentist gave her a deep understanding of anatomy and the human body. Today she brings that knowledge to her yoga classes, and teaches Anatomy & Physiology to future yoga teachers.

My journey with yoga

My journey began as a dentist. After completing my BDS in 2012, I practised dentistry for eight years. Alongside my dental practice, yoga became an important part of my own journey towards health, awareness and balance. What started as a personal practice gradually became a deeper study and, eventually, my way of life.

I have completed a 200-Hour Basic Teachers Training Course and a 900-Hour Advanced Teachers Training Course from The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Yoga Vidya from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi.

I have been teaching and facilitating sessions at The Yoga Institute for over eight years, including yoga practices, Vihar in Yoga, movement and dance meditation, creative and art therapy sessions, as well as other experiential practices.

“I believe nature, mountains, movement, creativity and yoga all have the power to bring us back to ourselves.”

I have also been associated with Samudra Yoga Mysore for the past two years, conducting yoga classes and Anatomy & Physiology lectures for yoga teacher-training students. My teaching experience includes corporate yoga, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, yoga therapy, workshops, and sessions for specially challenged children.

My connection with yoga extends beyond the mat. I am a Basic Mountaineer, having completed my Basic Mountaineering Course from ABVIMAS, Manali, and I have explored the Himalayas through several treks.

Through Soul Flow, I hope to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, explore and experience a more conscious and fulfilling way of living.
